This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and “Eagle Soft” regarding your downloading, installation, and use of Music Downloader mobile application software and related services.
YOUR DOWNLOADING, INSTALLATION AND USE OF THIS MOBILE APPLICATION IS BASED ON YOUR ACCEPTANCE AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT.
Eagle Soft has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement regarding the updates of the Software/Application. You can check the modified version of this Agreement from our official Google Play Store page.

Tryapps develops Mobile Application Software independently. You acknowledge and agree that Tryapps retain all copyrights, trademarks, patents, business secrets, including all intellectual property rights and any other related rights, titles, and interests with regard to this Software/Application.

The use of the software is also governed by Tryapps Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. Your privacy is important to us. We designed Tryapps Privacy Policy to make important disclosures about how we collect and use your information. We encourage you to read the Tryapps Privacy Policy carefully and use it to make informed decisions. Tryapps does not collect or transfer any audio or voice data to us or to any third party

In general, the Applications, the Services, and the Site access third party information (such as your Facebook, Google, Twitter, Instagram account information) through application interfaces. This Policy does not address and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of Web sites operated by third parties whether they are linked to or accessible from an Application, the Services, or the Site.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITIES AND DISCLAIMER:
You acknowledge and agree that mobile application Software and related services may have potential risks. In no event shall Tryapps be liable for any risks.
TERMINATION:
You have the right to fully and permanently remove the Software/Application from your mobile device at any time and terminate this Agreement.

The Company uses the information it collects for analytical, business, and operational purposes in the following ways:
1. operate and update the Software & Services and provide you with existing and new functionality and features.
2. improve and customize the Software & Services.
3. provide you personalized content, including through the delivery of targeted interest-based advertisements from us or our partners.
4. maintain and improve the quality and operation of the Software & Services.
5. notify you of Software & Services updates.
6. provide you with support and handle your complaints and/or feedback.
7. take any action in case of a dispute involving you in connection with the Software & Services.
8. enforce the terms and conditions applicable to the Software & Services and to prevent unlawful activities and misuse thereof.
9. comply and satisfy any applicable law regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
